For more than a decade, Brandy White Elk has served Las Vegas,
Nevada’s Innovative Real Estate Strategies (IRES) as owner and broker.
In addition to operating in areas of traditional and luxury residential
sales she has worked extensively with real estate owned (REO) bank
properties as well as luxury purchases. Some of the REO clients and
systems Brandy White Elk has experience with include Bank of America,
Green River Capital, Integrated Asset Services, and has worked with
Fannie Mae Multi forms.
Every year, IRES collects toys and other
goods as part of the company’s annual holiday season Toys for Toys
drive. Ms. White Elk contributes to a number of additional charity
efforts, such as the annual IRES Three Square Food Bank food drive and
the Aids for AIDS of Nevada (AFAN).
Some of her professional
affiliations include the Women's Council of Realtors and the Institute
of Luxury Homes. She has received multiple awards from these and other
top industry organizations.
